Dutch Peppernut Cookies

Ingredients
- 125g self raising flour
- 2 tbs Natvia
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp allspice
- 50g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 30 ml milk
Method
- Preheat to 180C
- Combine the dry ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blitz to combine. Add the butter and pulse until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs
- Add the milk and pulse until the dough comes together
- Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
