Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/125g/4.2 oz milk of choice
- 3 tsp Earl Grey tea
- 3/4 cup/180g/6.3 oz butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup/120g/4 oz Natvia
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup/125g/4.2 oz plain yogurt
- 2 cups/300g/10.5 oz plain flour
- 3 tsp baking powder

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease 12 small cake pans.
- Bring milk and earl grey to simmer and remove from heat. Set aside.
- Paddle butter until light and fluffy.
- Add Natvia and mix until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add milk mixture and yogurt and mix until combined,
- Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Fill pans 3/4 of the way full and bake for 12-15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
