Iced Earl Grey Matcha Latte

Energising and calming, all in one sip. This bright, refreshing drink combines the grounded calm of Earl Grey with the focus-boosting energy of matcha. Lightly sweetened with Natvia Natural Sweetener, it’s a functional drink that supports your gut and keeps you cool under pressure.

Ingredients

Earl Grey Syrup

  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener (or Natvia Brown Sweetener for a richer caramel note)

Matcha Latte

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp Earl Grey syrup (or to taste)
  • ½ cup cold milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Steep the Earl Grey tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes, until the tea is robust. Remove tea bags.
  2. While still hot, stir in Natvia Sweetener until fully dissolved. Let it cool. This is your syrup concentrate.
  3. In a glass, whisk matcha with a splash of water until smooth. You can shake it in a glass jar or use an electric whisk.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the Earl Grey syrup, then pour in milk and stir well.
  5. Add ice cubes and enjoy.
  6. The syrup will keep in the fridge for up to a week, and you’ll only need 2–3 tablespoons per drink.
