
Jam Donut Hot Cross Bun

Ingredients
- 4 Traditional Fruit Hot Cross Bun
- Natvia Strawberry Fruit Spread 240g
- Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 50g Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
Method
1. Slice your Hot Cross Buns in half.
2. Spread Natvia Strawberry Fruit Spread 240g on the inside of each bun half.
3. Melt some butter and brush it generously on the outside of the buns.
4. In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, then mix them together.
5. Dip and coat each Hot Cross Bun in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture.
6. Place the buns in an air fryer and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes.
7. Optionally, coat the buns with extra sweetener mix after they are done cooking for an extra touch of sweetness.
