Low Carb Choc Mint Mousse
Prep: 5 minutes
375 mls Heavy Whipping Cream (1.5 cups)
35 g Cacao, sifted (1/3 cup)
2 tablespoon Natvia, blitzed
45 g Natvia Mint Dark Chocolate, to serve
- Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk on a medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Add the blitzed Natvia and cacao, continue to whisk until stiff peaks.
- Place the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into your desired glass.
- Serve with grated Natvia mint chocolate.
