Low Carb Hazelnut Cake

Serves 12 slices

Ingredients

0.5 cup butter, at room temperature

0.33 cup Natvia

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

0.25 cup nonfat milk

0.33 cup cornflour

1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder

1.75 cup hazelnut meal

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a square cake pan.
  2. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add Natvia and mix until combined.
  3. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract and milk and mix until combined.
  5. Add cornflour, hazelnut meal, and baking powder and mix until combined.
  6. Pour into cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
