Ingredients

For the biscuits:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the filling:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Natvia Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the coating:

  • 200g sugar-free dark chocolate (or 85% cocoa chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating.

Instructions

1. Make the biscuits

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, Natvia, and baking soda. Add egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until a dough forms. Roll out between baking paper and cut into rectangles. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.

2. Prepare the filling

Beat butter, cocoa powder, Natvia sweetener, Natvia Hazelnut Spread, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Tim Tams

Spread a layer of filling between two biscuits to form a sandwich. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

4. Coat in chocolate

Melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Dip each biscuit sandwich into the chocolate to coat. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate until the coating is firm.
