Matcha Vanilla & Cardamom Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Oat flour
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1/3 cup/80g/2.8 oz organic Apple puree sugar free if desired
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat in coconut oil.
- Top with fresh fruit and rice malt syrup or sugar free syrup
