Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup/180g/6.3 oz butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup/160ml/5.3 oz low fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup/150g/5.2 oz plain flour
- 1 cup/90g/3 oz almond meal
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 peaches, sliced

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
- Paddle butter until light and fluffy and add the Natvia. Mix until combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs and mix until combined.
- Add the plain yogurt and mix until combined.
- Add the almond meal, flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined.
- Pour into pan and place peaches on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
