- For the Pancakes:
- 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz oat flour
- 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz coconut flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp allspice, ground ginger & baking powder
- 2 tsp Natvia
- 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp/20ml/0.7 oz coconut water
- 1/4 cup/60ml/2 oz egg whites
- 1/4 cup/30g/ 1 oz grated zucchini
- For the Cream Sauce:
- 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pancakes:
- Blend all ingredients, and cook as desired.
- Top with chopped up peach and then cream sauce.
For the Cream Sauce:
- Add enough water or coconut water to the ingredients to make a sauce. Enjoy!
