Pear and Strawberry Crumble

4 pears, peeled, cored and sliced
150 g strawberries, halved (1 Cup)
2 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener
For the topping -
100 g oat flour (1 Cup)
50 g rolled oats (1/2 cup)
90 g Natvia natural sweetener (1/2 Cup)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
75 g dairy-free margarine (1/4 Cup)
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C and lightly grease an oven-proof baking dish.
- 2. Prepare the fruit and arrange the fruit in the bottom of the dish. Mix in the Natvia.
- 3. Place the oat flour, oats, Natvia and cinnamon in a bowl then add the margarine and rub in with your fingers to create breadcrumbs.
- 4. Scatter over the top to cover completely then bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and the fruit is bubbling. Enjoy hot or cold!
