Pear and Strawberry Crumble

Prep: 15 minutes

Cook: 25 - 30 minutes


4 pears, peeled, cored and sliced

150 g strawberries, halved (1 Cup)

2 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener

For the topping -

100 g oat flour (1 Cup)

50 g rolled oats (1/2 cup)

90 g Natvia natural sweetener (1/2 Cup)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

75 g dairy-free margarine (1/4 Cup)


  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C and lightly grease an oven-proof baking dish.
  2. 2. Prepare the fruit and arrange the fruit in the bottom of the dish. Mix in the Natvia.
  3. 3. Place the oat flour, oats, Natvia and cinnamon in a bowl then add the margarine and rub in with your fingers to create breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Scatter over the top to cover completely then bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and the fruit is bubbling. Enjoy hot or cold!
