
Pear, Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 100g oats
- 30g gluten-free flour
- 100g Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons natural / coconut yogurt
- 100ml oat or almond milk
- 2 pears, diced
- 70g no added sugar dark chocolate, cut into chunks
- 50g hazelnuts, chopped
For the drizzle
- 2 tablespoons natural / coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g
- Chopped hazelnuts, to decorate
Method
- Mix together the mashed banana, oats, flour, Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g, cinnamon, yogurt and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the pear and chocolate chunks and mix again. Spread out into a greased and lined 9x9in baking tin. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until firmed up and golden.
- Leave for 10 minutes to cool then cut into 9 bars. Mix together the yogurt, cocoa powder, Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g and a dash of water to loosen then drizzle over the bars. Scatter over chopped hazelnuts - then enjoy!
