Spiced Carrot Cake Bars PREP TIME: 20 MINUTESBAKE TIME: 20 MINUTESTOTAL TIME: 40 MINUTES Ingredients Ingredients: 100g gluten-free flour20g oat flour or 2 scoops vanilla protein powder100g Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g1 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon ginger4 tablespoons natural / coconut yogurt100ml oat milk1 banana, mashed2 carrots, grated70g raisins or sultanasFor the drizzle 3 tablespoons Natvia zero icing sweetener ( Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g blended)Pinch of cinnamonChopped nuts Method Mix together the flour, protein power/flour, Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g, spices, yogurt, milk and banana until well combined.Stir in the grated carrot and raisins/sultanas and mix well again.Spoon into a silicone/greased individual bar mold - it will make about 8 bars. Fill to the top of each.Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm. Leave to cool, then pop out onto a wire rack.Mix together the Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g (Icing Sweetener), cinnamon and a dash of water to create a slightly runny consistency. Drizzle over each bar then sprinkle over chopped nuts. Allow to set then enjoy!
