Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (150g) greek yogurt
- 1.5 tsp Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g(melted in hot water)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100ml coffee
- 3 rice crackers
- dust cacao powder for garnish
Method
For the 'Lady Fingers'
- Combine coffee and 0.5 tsp Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g and mix
- Dip the rice cakes on the coffee mixture and set aside
For the 'Cream'
- Create the 'cream' by combining yogurt, 1 tsp Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g (melted in hot water), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
- Assemble your tiramisu and dust some cocoa powder on top.
