Pineapple Passion Popsicles

Ingredients

1/2 each ripe medium sized pineapple 4 each large passionfruit 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz sparkling water 1 tsp Natvia

Method

  1. Remove the skin and core from the pineapple and cut into large chunks. Place in a blender with sparkling water and blend until smooth. Pour into a jug and add the contents of the passionfruit and stevia. Stir well.
  2. Pour into popsicle moulds. Place in freezer for half an hour or until slightly firm and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for a further 4-6 hours before serving. Enjoy!
