Pineapple Passion Popsicles

- 1/2 each ripe medium sized pineapple
- 4 each large passionfruit
- 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz sparkling water
- 1 tsp Natvia
Directions
- Remove the skin and core from the pineapple and cut into large chunks. Place in a blender with sparkling water and blend until smooth. Pour into a jug and add the contents of the passionfruit and stevia. Stir well.
- Pour into popsicle moulds. Place in freezer for half an hour or until slightly firm and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for a further 4-6 hours before serving. Enjoy!
