Simple Chia Jam
Makes 1 Jar
Ingredients1 cup/150g/5.2oz Mixed berries ¼ cup/60ml/2oz Water 1 tbsp/14g/0.5oz Natvia 2 tbsp/20g/0.7oz Chia seeds
- Add fruit to a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add water, Natvia and chia seeds, then mix again.
- Allow to thicken for a minimum of two hours.
- Stir again, then store in a glass jar in the fridge for 1 week.
