Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g/5.2oz Mixed berries
  • ¼ cup/60ml/2oz Water
  • 1 tbsp/14g/0.5oz Natvia
  • 2 tbsp/20g/0.7oz Chia seeds

Directions

  1. Add fruit to a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add water, Natvia and chia seeds, then mix again.
  3. Allow to thicken for a minimum of two hours.
  4. Stir again, then store in a glass jar in the fridge for 1 week.
