Ingredients
- 150g oats 🌾
- 50g Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🌱
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed & chia seed mix 🌱
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon 🍂
- 300ml oat milk 🥛
- 1 banana, mashed 🍌
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
- 2 plums, sliced 🍐
- 1 pear, chopped 🍎
- 30g flaked almonds 🌰
Method
- Mix together the oats, Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener, chia seed mix and cinnamon in a bowl. 🥣
- Whisk together the milk, banana and vanilla then pour into the bowl and mix together well. 🥛🍌
- Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish and spread out well. Arrange the fruit across the top and push in gently, then sprinkle over flaked almonds. 🍐🍎🌰
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes until golden and firmed up. Enjoy hot or cold! 😋
