Salted Caramel Apple Pie Zoats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/45g Oats
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1 cup/250ml Almond Milk
- 4 each small dried dates chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Natvia
- 1 each Apple 1/2 grated and 1/2 sliced
- 1/2 each Zucchini finely grated
Method
- On stove in a pot over medium low add milk, oats, grated Apple & zucchini, dates, spices, salt and stevia. Stir every minute or so for approx. 8 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Top with extra date caramel sauce (soaked dates and boiling water blended - add a little salt if you wanted salted caramel sauce as well), coco yoghurt and apple slices.
- Enjoy!
