Salted Caramel Apple Pie Zoats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/45g Oats
  • 1 tsp Maca
  • 1 cup/250ml Almond Milk
  • 4 each small dried dates chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Natvia 
  • 1 each Apple 1/2 grated and 1/2 sliced
  • 1/2 each Zucchini finely grated

Method

  1. On stove in a pot over medium low add milk, oats, grated Apple & zucchini, dates, spices, salt and stevia. Stir every minute or so for approx. 8 minutes until thickened.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Top with extra date caramel sauce (soaked dates and boiling water blended - add a little salt if you wanted salted caramel sauce as well), coco yoghurt and apple slices.
  4. Enjoy!
