Recipe by Miss K Kitchen Creations For the crust: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 2 tbsp water 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tbsp Natvia 1 tsp each cinnamon & baking soda Mix together the crust ingredients. Press evenly into a lined brownie tin and bake for 12 minutes at 175C. For the brownie: 1/3 cup sugarfree maple syrup 1/2 cup dates 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup Natvia 1 egg 1 cup cooked sweet potato 1. Blend together, then spread evenly over the crust and bake against for 20 minutes at 175C 2. Top with sugarfree marshmallows and grill for 3-4 minutes or until melted and golden on top.
