Smores Brownies

Ingredients

For the crust: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 2 tbsp water 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tbsp Natvia 1 tsp each cinnamon & baking soda For the brownie: 1/3 cup sugarfree maple syrup 1/2 cup dates 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup Natvia 1 egg 1 cup cooked sweet potato

Method

  1. Mix together the crust ingredients. Press evenly into a lined brownie tin and bake for 12 minutes at 175C.
  2. Blend together, then spread evenly over the crust and bake against for 20 minutes at 175C
  3. Top with sugarfree marshmallows and grill for 3-4 minutes or until melted and golden on top.
