Ingredients

1/4 cup/50g/1.8 oz Chia seeds

1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz unsweetened almond milk

3 large strawberries, finely chopped

few drops Vanilla Extract

2-3 tsp Natvia
Method
- Mix everything together well in a jar.
- Leave for 5 mins then stir again (this stops it from clumping, its easiest to make this in an old screw top jar and just give it a good shake).
- Leave for at least another 30mins/ overnight or until all liquid is absorbed.
- Top with extra berries and some crunchy almonds for the best snack.
