Sugar-free blueberry muffins

We've never met anybody who doesn't like muffins. They are the ideal snack to have around the house, in your lunch box or as a quick bite on the go. They are a great breakfast option and go very well with a cup of good coffee. If you've got your breakfast sorter, muffins make the perfect afternoon snack too. Whilst we love all muffins,  these sugar-free blueberry muffins are special to us in particular because of the great health benefits blueberries have. They are fantastic antioxidants and help with digestion. Ladies, blueberries are also great to keep your skin hydrated and give it healthy glowing skin (now that's something we love). They are also full of vitamins and a great source of fiber and potassium. Whether you are hosting an afternoon tea soiree or you're planning to get organised and prep your lunches for the week, this recipe will definitely come in handy. This is a quick bake sugar free recipe, flavoured with desiccated coconut to add to a richer taste. You can find more sugar-free recipes like this one and more over on our blog or check out Natvia's archive of dessert videos over at Healthy Treats!
