
Valentine's Shortbread Cookies

Whether you’re baking for your sweetheart, best friends, or just treating yourself, these heart-shaped delights are the perfect way to celebrate.
With a touch of Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, these cookies keep all the sweetness without the sugar. Dip them in creamy sugar-free white chocolate and sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries for a romantic finishing touch.💕
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- 100g unsalted soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Beat the butter and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla.
- Whisk in the l plain flour in steps until the mixture comes together into a dough.
- Chill other fridge for half hour.
- Roll out the dough to a 6mm thickness and cut a heart chapped cookies
- Bake on 180C for 8-10min.
- Leave to cool on the sheet for 15 mins before decorating .
- Dip the cookies in melted sugar free white chocolate and sprinkle with freeze dry strawberries
