Chocolate Fondant

Indulge in these Healthy Chocolate Fondants—rich, gooey, and naturally sweetened with Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics for a sugar-free treat that supports gut health. Quick and easy to make in the air fryer, they’re perfect for any occasion—especially Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients

  • 50g Greek yoghurt (room temp)
  • 40g dark chocolate
  • 10g coconut oil or butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 20g cocoa powder , plus extra for dusting
  • 2 tbsp Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics
  • 1 egg
  • 30g self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp milk

To serve:

  • Handful of crushed pistachios
  • Ice cream or yogurt

Method

  1. Break the chocolate into a ramekin and add the coconut oil, carefully melt in the microwave.
  2. To a large bowl add the yogurt, egg and Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics and whisk until smooth and combined.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and whisk thoroughly.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, self raising flour and milk and stir until just combined (use extra milk if needed to loosen).
  5. Grease two ramekins really well with coconut oil or butter then dust each with cocoa powder.
  6. Spoon the mixture equally between the two ramekins.
  7. Preheat the airfryer then bake for 8 minutes at 180°c.
  8. Turn the puddings out, top with either ice cream or yogurt and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
