Vegan Raw Vanilla Slice

Ingredients
Ingredients Base- 1 cup Almond meal
- ¾ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Coconut oil, softened
- 1 tbs Natvia
- 1 ½ cups raw cashews
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs Natvia
Method
- Soak the cashews for 15 mins in hot water. Drain and rinse.
- Combine the almond meal, coconut, coconut oil and Natvia in the bowl of a food processor and process until combined. Spread into a greased and lined slice tin. Clean out the food processor.
- Combine the filling ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth. Pour over the top of the base. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Slice and serve
