Matcha Cherry Chia Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz Chia seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz almond coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • handful Baby spinach
 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except chia in a blender. Stir through chia seeds and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Layer with cherries, other fruit, muesli, and coconut yoghurt.
  3. Enjoy!
