Overnight Vanilla Protein Oats

- 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats
- 1/2 tsp Natvia Sweetner
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp psyllium powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2-1 cup/125-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Water
- Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the water level needed due to the ingredients used and strength of protein powder.
- Put on a lid and shake well. Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!
