Overnight Vanilla Protein Oats

Recipe by Start you Morning without having to think about what to make for breakfast. Make the delicious Overnight Vanilla Oats, place them in the fridge once all of the ingredients are combined. In the morning all you have to do is to get a bowl and enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Natvia Sweetner 
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp psyllium powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2-1 cup/125-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Water

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the water level needed due to the ingredients used and strength of protein powder.
  2. Put on a lid and shake well. Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!
