Ingredients

300g cooked skinless sweet potatos 3/4 cup/135g/4.7 oz Natvia 3/4 cup/75g/2.6 oz Cacao Powder 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz Dairy Free Chocolate Chips dash Sugar-free maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
  4. Allow to cool and then slice into 5 slices.
