WHITE CHOCOLATE SUGAR FREE LAVA CAKE
Ingredients
115g sugar free white chocolate 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup butter 1 cup Natvia Icing Mix 6 tbsp plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
- Melt white chocolate and butter together, add Natvia, and mix to dissolve Natvia.
- Whisk egg and yolks, fold the mix into egg and combine.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes at 180C.
