WHITE CHOCOLATE SUGAR FREE LAVA CAKE

Ingredients

  • 115g sugar free white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Natvia Icing Mix
  • 6 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Methods

  1. Melt white chocolate and butter together, add Natvia, and mix to dissolve Natvia.
  2. Whisk egg and yolks, fold the mix into egg and combine.
  3. Add flour and baking powder.
  4. Bake for 12-18 minutes at 180C.
