Ingredients
- 🥥 2 cups coconut milk (full fat)
- 🍯 1/2 cup Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
- 🥜 1/3 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 🍬 Natvia Sugar Free Caramel Topping (optional)
Method
- Combine coconut milk and Natvia 100% Natural sweetener in a bowl and whisk until the Natvia has dissolved.
- Stir in the peanut butter until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours for a soft serve consistency or overnight for a firmer ice cream.
- Once frozen, scoop into bowls and top with Natvia Sugar Free Caramel Topping, if desired.
