Ingredients
4 (2 per sandwich) slices your choice bread coconut oil (to fry with - or just use sandwich press) 1 mashed banana 2 tbsp almond butter 2 tsp Natvia 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 banana (to slice and place on sandwich) 20g sugar free dark chocolate (also on sandwich) Toppings such as walnuts/coconut flakes/dark chocolate (choose your own)Method
- Mash 1 banana in a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp almond butter to the mashed banana.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add 2 tsp of Natvia, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Mix this until well combined.
- Spread mixture onto the bread pieces you have chosen.
- Cover with slices of banana and sugar free dark chocolate.
- Melt a tsp of coconut oil in a hot pan and add the finished sandwiches to the pan (or just use a sandwich press).
- Fry the sandwich edges for 3 mins each side.
- Take off the heat, slice sandwich in half and top with coconut, walnuts or chocolate (whatever you like really!)
