Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz nonfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup/80g/2.6 oz melted butter
  • 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 cup/150g/5.2 oz gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia
  • 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz boiling water
Serves: 6

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 8 cup oven proof dish.
  2. Whisk together milk, egg, and butter.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and first cocoa powder. Whisk until combined.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Whisk together second cocoa powder, Natvia and boiling water and slowly pour over cake.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cake bounces back when gently pressed.
