Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
0.5 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
0.33 cup melted butter
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup gluten free flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 cup Natvia
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 8 cup oven proof dish.
- Whisk together milk, egg, and butter.
- Add flour, baking powder, and first cocoa powder. Whisk until combined.
- Pour into pan.
- Whisk together second cocoa powder, Natvia and boiling water and slowly pour over cake.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until cake bounces back when gently pressed.
