Baked Chocolate Pudding

Serves 6

Ingredients

0.5 cup nonfat milk

1 egg

0.33 cup melted butter

2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup gluten free flour

1.5 teaspoon baking powder

0.5 cup Natvia

2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup boiling water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 8 cup oven proof dish.
  2. Whisk together milk, egg, and butter.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and first cocoa powder. Whisk until combined.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Whisk together second cocoa powder, Natvia and boiling water and slowly pour over cake.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cake bounces back when gently pressed.
