Banana Bitelets

Hunker down with your fork, because these Banana Bitelets are a treat! A fast and easy way to get some fruit into your kids, all you have to do is whip and a batter and you're halfway there. Ingredients

2 Bananas, cut into disks

40 g Whole meal self raising flour, for dusting

150 g Whole meal self raising flour

14 g Natvia

1 egg

190 mls Milk

50 g Butter, melted

Method

  1. Dust the bananas in the 38g of flour to coat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the batter by combining the 150g flour with the egg and milk and Natvia and whisking vigorously.
  3. Heat a frying pan and melt a little butter in it.
  4. Dip the banana disks in the batter and fry on each side until golden.
