Ingredients

  • 1 cup/120g/4.2 oz frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup/60g/2 oz Frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup/60g/2 oz frozen strawberries
  • 1/2-1 cup/125-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Coconut water as needed
  • 1 tsp Wild Reds superfoods powder
  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Natvia
  • 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Chia seeds
  • as needed Ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth adding coconut water to your desired consistency. Decorate as desired.
