1 cup/120g/4.2 oz frozen mango 1/2 cup/60g/2 oz Frozen raspberries 1/2 cup/60g/2 oz frozen strawberries 1/2-1 cup/125-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Coconut water as needed 1 tsp Wild Reds superfoods powder 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Vanilla protein powder 1 tsp Natvia 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Chia seeds as needed Ice

- Blend all ingredients until smooth adding coconut water to your desired consistency. Decorate as desired.
