Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup Greek yogurt (300g)
  • optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein (30g)
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract 
  • 2 Tbsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
  • 35g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 
  • 2 candy canes

Method

  1. Combine the yogurt, protein, peppermint and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g. Spread over parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over the yogurt.
  3. Chop the candy canes and sprinkle on top.
  4. Freeze till completely solid then break into pieces. Store in the freezer.
