It’s a breeze to whip up—just mix fresh raspberries with Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, and you’ve got a delicious topping that will have everyone coming back for seconds. The best part? This recipe is super versatile, so feel free to get creative with your favorite fruits and toppings! Ingredients
- 250 ml thickened cream
- Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g (needed for the cream and raspberry sauce)
- Berries (could use mangoes or kiwi fruits or passionfruit too!)
- Extra Raspberries for the sauce
- Meringue shells (I used store bought)
Method
- Whip cream with 1 tbsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g until thick and stiff
- Combine 1 punnett fresh raspberries with 2 tsp Natvia until a nice sauce consistency forms
- Assemble all ingredients on a board (or in a box if you are travelling)
