Carrot, Pear & Apple Bircher Oats

Cook: None, but leave to soak overnight
Ingredients
40 g porridge oats
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 carrot, grated
1 pear, grated
1 apple, grated
3 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon
300 mls almond or oat milk
50 mls apple or orange juice
2 tablespoon yogurt (can be dairy-free)
To Decorate :
Dried cranberry pieces
Pumpkin seeds
Dried pineapple
Method
- The night before, mix everything together in a large bowl, making sure everything is incorporated
- Transfer to a lidded pot or tub and leave in the fridge overnight
- The next morning serve in a bowl and add your toppings. Enjoy!
