Sugar free Chai Spiced Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 each very ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup/90g/3 oz Almond meal 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz coconut flour 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz Melted coconut oil 3 each Free range eggs 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste 4 tsp Ground cinnamon 2 tsp each allspice, ground ginger & baking powder 1 each additional banana, sliced lengthways, to garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a medium bowl, combine wet ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour wet into the centre, while mixing until well combined.
- Pour into loaf tin, and lay over the two banana halves, pressing down until they sit into the batter.
- Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes, until an inserted toothpick removes cleanly.
