2 cups/300g/10.5 oz Frozen mixed berries 1/4 each Avocado 1 tbsp/10g/0.3 oz Chia seeds 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder 2 tsp Natvia 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Coconut water 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened almond coconut milk Ice Cubes
