Ingredients

  • 2 cups/300g/10.5 oz Frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 each Avocado
  • 1 tbsp/10g/0.3 oz Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp Natvia
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened almond coconut milk
  • Ice Cubes
Servings: 1 smoothie

Directions

  1. Blend until smooth. Top as desired.
