- 1/4 each Avocado
- 1 tbsp/10g/0.3 oz Chia seeds
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp Natvia
- 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Coconut water
- 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened almond coconut milk
- Ice Cubes
