Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 prunes
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Natvia
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor until well combined, and then hand knead them together.
- With parchment paper, spread mixture to roughly 1.5 cm tall.
- Wrap tightly in baking paper and freeze for 1 hour.
- Cut into 4 pieces.
