
Choc Strawberry Cake

Indulge in this rich and moist Double Chocolate Strawberry Cake! Packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion, this cake is a delightful combination of dark chocolate and fresh strawberries. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- 150g gluten-free flour 🌾
- 90g Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🌱
- 40g cocoa powder 🍫
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed and chia seed mix 🌱
- 200ml oat milk 🥛
- 2 tablespoons oil 🫒
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
- 50g no added sugar dark chocolate, chopped 🍫
- 50g fresh strawberries, halved 🍓
Method
- Mix together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and flax mix in a bowl. 🥣
- Whisk together the milk, oil, and vanilla then pour into the bowl and mix well. 🥛
- Spoon into a greased and lined 20cm cake tin (loose bottomed is best) then scatter over the chocolate and strawberries. 🍫🍓
- Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until firm, then leave to cool. Pop out of the tin, cut into 6 then enjoy. 🍰
