Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/125ml/4.1 oz butter
- 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz dark sugar free chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup/225g/7.9 oz Natvia
- 1/3 cup/80ml/2.6 oz milk of choice
- 2 cups/250g/8.4 oz raw beetroot, peeled and coarsely grated (about 2 medium beetroot)
- 1 1/2 cups/225g/7.9g plain flour
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a cake pan.
- Melt butter and add chocolate, stirring until completely melted. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs until light and fluffy then add Natvia and mix until combined.
- Add butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Add milk and mix until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
