Ingredients
- Pancakes:

1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz rolled oats

1 scoop chocolate casein protein powder

1 tsp Natvia

1/3 cup/80ml/4.2 oz liquid egg whites

1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz coconut water
- Mango Sauce:
-
1/4 cup/30g/1 oz mango chunks
Method
Pancakes:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Should be thick.
- Cook over medium in a non stick frypan with some coconut oil.
Mango Sauce:
- Blend mango chunks with sugar free maple syrup or pancake as desired sweetness.
- Pour over pancakes. Top with more fresh chunks. Enjoy!
