Chocolate Protein Pancakes with Mango

Ingredients

Pancakes: 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz rolled oats 1 scoop chocolate casein protein powder 1 tsp Natvia 1/3 cup/80ml/4.2 oz liquid egg whites 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz coconut water Mango Sauce: 1/4 cup/30g/1 oz mango chunks

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Should be thick.
  2. Cook over medium in a non stick frypan with some coconut oil.
  3. Blend mango chunks with sugar free maple syrup or pancake as desired sweetness.
  4. Pour over pancakes. Top with more fresh chunks. Enjoy!
