Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 each large avocados or 3 small ones
  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup/80ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 150g/5.2 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate 50% or higher (use sugar free chocolate if desired)
  • 3 tbsp/42g/1.4 oz Natvia

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave and then stir in the Norbu.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for the melted chocolate mix into a food processor.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Then fold the chocolate mix into the avocado mix.
  5. Refrigerate until needed and serve with fresh fruit.
