Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients2 each large avocados or 3 small ones 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Cacao Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/3 cup/80ml Unsweetened Almond Milk 150g/5.2 oz Zero added sugar Chocolate 3 tbsp/42g/1.4 oz Natvia
- Melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave and then stir in the Natvia.
- Combine all ingredients except for the melted chocolate mix into a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Then fold the chocolate mix into the avocado mix.
- Refrigerate until needed and serve with fresh fruit.
