Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 each large avocados or 3 small ones
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup/80ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 150g/5.2 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate 50% or higher (use sugar free chocolate if desired)
- 3 tbsp/42g/1.4 oz Natvia
Directions
- Melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave and then stir in the Norbu.
- Combine all ingredients except for the melted chocolate mix into a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Then fold the chocolate mix into the avocado mix.
- Refrigerate until needed and serve with fresh fruit.
