Ingredients
- FOR THE DONUTS:
- 100 g Gluten-free Flour
- 100 g Almonds, ground
- 100 g Natvia
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 100 g Apple Puree
- 100 mls Milk of choice
- 2 Eggs (can be flax eggs)
- 50 mls Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 250 g Soft Cheese Or Quark (can be dairy-free)
- 4 tablespoons Natvia
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
- FOR THE CINNAMON APPLE CRUMBLE:
- 2 Small Apples, diced
- 3 tablespoons Granola of choice
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Natvia
- 05 teaspoons Cinnamon
