FRUIT AND NUT CHOCOLATE BARK (GLUTEN-FREE AND SUGAR-FREE)
This fruit and nut chocolate bark recipe is an ideal snack to make. It's the perfect snack prep healthy treat to make for a busy week ahead or simply for an afternoon with your friends and family. This recipe is gluten-free and sugar-free, made with Natvia 100% natural sweetener and sugar-free chocolate. A healthy alternative to chocolate bars, you'll love this tasty version.
Ingredients
90g Sugar free fruit and nut chocolate
1 tbsp Natvia
¼ cup pistachios
¼ cups pepita seeds
¼ cup almond flakes
¼ coconut flakes
Or any combination of nuts, seeds and fruit!
Method
- Chop up the chocolate and melt over a double boiler by placing a small amount of water in a saucepan and placing a glass bowl top of it, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Bring to a simmer and allow the chocolate to slowly melt. As it melts, scrape down the sides using a spatula. Add 1 tbsp of Natvia
- Once the chocolate is melted, add in your remaining ingredients and coat everything evenly
- Spread the mixture evenly on a piece of parchment paper on a tray. Place in fridge to set, about 1-2 hours and break up to eat and enjoy!
