Ingredients

For the donuts: 

  • 1 x can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter 
  • 100ml oat milk 
  • 100g gluten-free flour 
  • 80g Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger  
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 

For the glaze - 

Method

Make them! 

  1. Blend together the chickpeas, nut butter, milk, flour, Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g, cinnamon, ginger and baking powder until thick and smooth. 
  2. Divide mixture between a 6-hole donut tin and fill to the top of each. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until firmed up and golden. Leave to cool. 
  3. Pop out of the tin and place on a wire rack. Mix together the Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g icing sweetener an enough water to create a thick drizzle and spoon over each donut.  
  4. Sprinkle over some Christmas Granola then leave to set. Then enjoy!
