
Ginger and Cinnamon Chickpea Donuts

Ingredients
For the donuts:
- 1 x can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 100ml oat milk
- 100g gluten-free flour
- 80g Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the glaze -
- 3 tablespoons of icing sweetener ( Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g blended)
- Dash of water
- Portion of granola* to decorate
Method
Make them!
- Blend together the chickpeas, nut butter, milk, flour, Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g, cinnamon, ginger and baking powder until thick and smooth.
- Divide mixture between a 6-hole donut tin and fill to the top of each. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until firmed up and golden. Leave to cool.
- Pop out of the tin and place on a wire rack. Mix together the Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotics 250g icing sweetener an enough water to create a thick drizzle and spoon over each donut.
- Sprinkle over some Christmas Granola then leave to set. Then enjoy!
