Creamy, frothy, and perfectly indulgent, it’s a relaxing treat that’s ready in minutes, ideal for a cozy moment or a refreshing pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Natvia Hot Chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 150ml cold milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon hazelnut spread (for glass garnish)
- Ice cubes
Method
- Garnish the glass by drizzling hazelnut spread along the inside edges.
- In another glass, combine Natvia Hot Chocolate powder, Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener, and hot water. Add in to a thickened cream.
- Whip with a hand mixer or whisk for 2–3 minutes until thick, frothy, and mousse-like.
- Fill the garnished glass with ice cubes and pour in the cold milk, leaving some space on top for the Dalgona topping.
- Smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula and enjoy!
