Indulge in chocolatey goodness. This 5-minute mug brownie is a quick and easy treat, while keeping it low-sugar and gut-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate melts or chopped chocolate
- 3 tablespoons flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Natvia Relax Hot Chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon Natvia Hazelnut Spread
Method
- Place the butter and chocolate melts in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for 30 seconds until softened.
- Add the milk to the mug and mix. Return to the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir thoroughly until fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until the brownie has risen and is set but still fudgy in the centre.
Allow to cool for 1–2 minutes before enjoying straight from the mug
