Serving(s):1 Prep time: 2-3 minutes Cook time: 40-60 second Total Time: ~5 minutes Ingredients 2 tbsp Natvia hot chocolate powder 1 tbsp Natvia 98% Sugar-Free Hazelnut Spread 1 tbsp Natvia Natural Sweetener 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 tbsp milk (any kind) 1 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil 1/4 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Method In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, Natvia hot chocolate powder, Natvia Natural Sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add milk, melted butter, and stir until smooth. Drop in the Natvia Hazelnut Spread in the centre - this will be your “lava.” Microwave on high for 40–60 seconds. Enjoy straight from the mug! Tips: If your microwave is very powerful, reduce the time slightly. For extra indulgence, sprinkle a few Natvia hot chocolate powder shavings or cocoa nibs on top.
