Healthy Chocolate Crackles

Makes 5 crackles

Ingredients

1 cup/250ml puffed brown rice 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Super Greens & Cacao 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup/60ml Coconut oil 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia 1 tbsp/20ml/0.7 oz Boiling water if needed

Method

  1. Mix puffed brown rice, cacao and coconut in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat mix coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Natvia. Stir continuously for a few mins until Natvia dissolves.
  3. Pour over rice and mix well. If it seems too dry add 1 Tbsp boiling water.
  4. Spoon into cup cake cases, push down a little, and put in the fridge for an hour or overnight. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
